OUR CARPET CLEANING PROCESS

1. Vacuuming

To get started, we will vacuum all the areas we are cleaning in your home. This step ensures a more effective cleaning process by removing dry soil, dust and debris that are water insoluble. We even use our truck mount system to do extra vacuuming along the edges, where a normal vacuum can’t reach as well.

2. Pre-Spray Application

We will apply a professional grade cleaning solution to break down dirt, grease and other substances in your carpet.

3. Pet Odor Treatment (optional, extra cost)

We also have a special treatment specifically designed to break down urine and neutralize odor-causing bacteria.

4. Spot Treatment

We will treat tough stains with special cleaning solutions based on the type of the stains (such as ink, food, oils, etc).

5. Hot Water Extraction

We use a truck mount system to inject very hot water (typically between 180-250°F) deep into the carpet fibers followed by a high-powered vacuum system to extract dirt, bacteria, and moisture, leaving carpets fresh and clean.

6. Deodorization

We will apply a deodorizing treatment to neutralize odors and leave a fresh, clean scent.

7. Protectant (optional, extra cost)

We can apply a special protectant on your carpet that helps prevent wear and tear, as well as stains.

8. Final Walkthrough

We will do another walk through with you to show you the end results and make sure you’re satisfied with our work.
