Upholstery Cleaning

1. Vacuuming

To get started, we will vacuum your upholstery. We will remove the cushions and vacuum all the trapped dirt and debris underneath it. This step ensures a more effective cleaning process by removing dry soil, dust and debris that are water insoluble.

2. Pre-Spray Application

We will apply a professional grade cleaning solution made for upholstery and fine fabrics that will break through the dirt and grease without damaging the fabric.

3. Pet Odor Treatment (optional, extra cost)

We also have a special treatment specifically designed to break down urine and neutralize odor-causing bacteria.

4. Spot Treatment

We will treat tough stains with special cleaning solutions based on the type of the stains (such as ink, food, oils, etc).

5. Hot Water Extraction

We use a truck mount system to extract all the dirt, bacteria, and moisture with very hot water (typically between 180-250°F).

6. Deodorization

We will apply a deodorizing treatment to neutralize odors and leave a fresh, clean scent.

7. Protectant (optional, extra cost)

We can apply a special protectant on your upholstery that helps prevent wear and tear, as well as stains.
